60 day limited (non-accidental) warranty on all repairs (excluding iPhone digitizers which come with a 1 year limited warranty) which only covers manufacturer defects. Water or physical damage of any kind on the devices voids all warranty. Tempered glass warranty claims must present original receipt. 30 day exchange on used phones with proof of purchase and all original accessories given. Only the Unlock codes that are considered Not found are fully refundable. Any device that is not picked up within 30 days after the completion of a repair will be considered property of A to Z Wireless.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY:

Any damage of any kind caused to the device after the repair

Any mishandling of the device that may cause frame damage. Ex. bend, twist, or crack.

Damage resulting from misuse of any kind

Any kind of liquid damage

Any software related issues 

Any faults that are not related to the original repair. (e.g. if our Technician replaced the battery the guarantee would not cover a faulty charging port, or if our Technician replaced a screen the guarantee will not cover the speakers)

Loss of data. (We recommend the customer back up their device before the repair)

If any repair is done to the device by anyone other than a A to Z Wireless technician. This voids our guarantee

Any pre-existing conditions or issues from original repair.

Cracked screens of any kind after the repair

Any known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair.

Jailbroken devices void the warranty.

Any issue relating to a non-working, damaged or severed home button/fingerprint sensor.

OUR GUARANTEE IS VALID EXCLUSIVELY TO THE CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED THE REPAIR AND WHOSE NAME IS ON THE GUARANTEE/INVOICE. THE GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE IF THE DEVICES OWNERSHIP IS MOVED TO ANOTHER PERSON OR BUSINESS.
